Our NEW isolved release goes live

Release v10.19 has some exciting new additions! We are working hard to provide the best tools for you and your team.

In this release:

  • Payroll: Prenote Process Update, TurboTax QR Code Access
  • Human Resources: Tax Form Updates

Payroll

Prenote Process Update

With this release, we are updating the Prenote process to compare Prenote Date to the Run Date to determine when the direct deposit account should be changed to the ‘Active’ status, rather than the Impound Date that is currently used.

 

TurboTax QR Code Access

With this release, TurboTax integration will be available. Employees grabbing their W-2s from Employee Self Service or Adaptive Employee Experience will see the TurboTax cover page with a QR code and allow the employee to automatically connect with TurboTax. No employee information is shared with TurboTax until the employee requests to import their W-2 information from isolved by the employee.

Tax Form Updates

With this release, we have made updates to Federal withholding forms, State withholding forms, employee withholding forms that are used in onboarding, and those using the Tax Updates functionality in self-service.

U.S. Form Changes Functionality Correction and Updates
Federal: Improved federal guided flow

Missouri: Form MO W-4 state label corrected.

Nebraska: Form W-4N question text updated.

North Carolina: Form NC-4 filing status question removed.

North Dakota: North Dakota module updated

South Carolina: SC W-4 additional withholding required.

Miscellaneous: Improved handling of special characters in new UI

Conversational Virtual Assistant

isolved Conversational Virtual Assistant provides a user-friendly interactive chat experience and easily managed knowledge base that streamlines information delivery and boosts employee engagement. Employees can access our Always-on HR feature in Adaptive Employee Experience or Teams.

Admins have the ability able to expand the bot’s information base by uploading their own documentation and sources via Conversational Virtual Assistant > Sources screen in Core and editing how the information is sorted.

You asked – we listened!

This week you will get faster load times in the Employee User tab! Whether you’re searching for a specific employee or managing a large list, you’ll now experience quicker load times, along with new pagination for lists over 250 users. The page is now alphabetically sorted by last name, making it easier to locate employees and access other features seamlessly.
