Our NEW isolved release goes live
February 23, 2024

Release v10.3 has some exciting new additions! We are working hard to provide the best tools for you and your team.

In this release:

  • South Carolina and West Virginia SOC
  • Learn & Grow Content Library

HR & Payroll

South Carolina and West Virginia SOC

As mentioned in the v10.1 release, for the Q1 2024 Unemployment filing for South Carolina and West Virginia, the SOC will be required for all employees who work in either state.

With this release, the isolved system has been updated to generate an error for the Employee Job, Employee Import, and the Quick Hire when an employee in SC or WV work location does not have SOC Code. We have also updated the Exception Report to include this validation for affected employee profiles.

Learn & Grow Content Library

isolved is partnering with Go1 to offer their full library of courses to isolved customers. The full library includes approximately 89,000 courses that are aggregated from the best course providers. With that many courses, there are multiple versions of just about every topic out there, presented in different styles from different providers. Billing will also now be done exclusively through isolved.

Employees will be able to access the Content Library on their own and will be able to sign in using their isolved username and password. Administrators have the option to block employee use and assign courses directly.

To help customers wrangle the course library, a conversational AI tool has been introduced. The tool allows users to ask for recommended courses using plain language, and then view links to the courses right in the chat tool.

Upon going live, a short how-to video will be available for your employees on how to use this new feature. Note that you have the option to disable the Go1 employee Self Service Access for employees. Check out the video to learn more.

The launch plan is to deploy our code on the night of the 22nd, migrate existing Marketplace customers on the day of the 23rd, then working on migrating the SCORM Content Viewer customers throughout the next sprint, so all customers should be migrated fully by 03/08.

10.4 Sneak Peak

These are some exciting features we’re working on for our next release on March 8th. Please check the next newsletter for more details!

SB Report Writer

We hope you get as excited as we are with this one! Network Partners and PEOs will be able to compile reports across multiple clients with the Service Bureau Report Writer. The tool will be able to build and run reports that include, but not limited to, employee, client, and service bureau data.

Export/Import Hours for Allocation Rules

For our next release, we have tentatively scheduled a feature that will allow service bureau users to import and export Hours Allocation Rule Sets.

Organizational Chart

The Organizational Chart will be available to all clients and partners within isolved Core! We have included some enhanced navigation features that allow for quickly jumping to an individual on the chart and navigating up one level at a time, and all at no additional cost to isolved users.
