Adaptive Employee Experience – Attendance

We are thrilled to announce the addition of our attendance features within the adaptive employee experience for Managers and Supervisors. Employee scheduling can be completed from any device which allows managers/supervisors to be more productive. They can create and manager shifts fo

r their employees and even download the weekly schedule report.

HR & Payroll
Time Entry Grid – Export Options

If you are currently using our Time Import Spreadsheet within the Time Entry Grid to enter your payroll data you now have the ability to set additional row(s) depending on the Average Overtime Weeks. Prior to this update, you had to manually add rows to the spreadsheet template to designate the week number for the row.

Client Third Parties Audit

We have added the ability to audit Change Log records associated to changes to Payees on Earnings, Memo Calculations, and Deductions.

Corrective Action – Rolling Days

Corrective Actions now allows the ability to set a rolling days option to remove occurrence points. Within the Policies setup, you can select the Reset Rule and Reset Rule Days to determine when points should be removed from an employee. The reset date can be view on the employee’s occurrences screen so all user have better insight into occurrences and corrective actions.
